Hello, my name is Marco Geboers, and if you think that you recognise me, it might be because I've been on television as an amateur classical singer. So you can see that I'm used to rising to new heights! But when it comes to Uncle Ben's new Indian range of products, I've become so passionate about them that I just can't wait for you to taste them!
As the chef of this range, my brief was to come up with delicious dishes that you could put together quickly – and I think you're going to be thrilled with these results. But how did we do it?
Well, beautiful colours, warming spices and unforgettable aromas are a vital part of this vibrant cuisine. And for this, we always rely on a blend of spices called Garam Masala – made up of black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, cumin, cardamom, chillies, fennel, mace and nutmeg.
But how the Garam Masala is ground and mixed is always down to the chef. And this is what brings these products into such an exciting new world of taste – because we've come up with a blend that respects the traditional recipes, but also gives you the freedom to make them your own.
So breaking new ground with new culinary ideas is now not just for the adventurous!
These Indian dishes are easy and versatile and can be made from any kind of ingredients. They're a melting pot of savoury, sweetness, saltiness and sourness. They inspire interaction and activity in the kitchen.
