1. Par-boil the potatoes for 10 minutes in lightly salted boiling water. 2. Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan and add the minced beef. Brown the meat all over, breaking it up with the back of a wooden spoon. 3. Then stir in the Uncle Ben's Rogan Josh Sauce and new potatoes. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Next, stir in the peas, bring back to the boil and simmer for 4–5 minutes. 5. And finally, serve it up spooned over Uncle Ben's Basmati Rice or Uncle Ben's Express Pilau Rice, garnished with a little coriander (optional).
