Spicy Sausage Medium Chilli with Long Grain and Wild Rice |

2 tbsp olive oil 1 large red onion, sliced 8 plump spicy pork sausages 1 500g jar of Uncle Ben's® Medium Chilli Sauce 2 125g bags of Uncle Ben's® Boil in Bag Long Grain and Wild Rice |

Pop the Uncle Ben's® Boil in Bag Long Grain and Wild rice into a pan of boiling water. Cook for 20 minutes. |

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onions and sausages until browned all over |

Add the Uncle Ben's® Medium Chilli Sauce, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 -12 minutes |

Season to taste and serve on a bed of the Uncle Ben's® Long Grain and Wild Rice |
