Spicy Chilli Meat Balls |

1 tbsp olive oil 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 green chillies, deseeded and sliced 100g button mushrooms, washed and sliced 400g pack of ready prepared meatballs (Swedish style) 500g jar Uncle Ben’s Hot Chilli Sauce 1tbsp fresh chopped coriander |

1.Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan and add the onion and green chillies. Fry over a moderate heat for about 3 minutes or until the onion is soft 2.Add the mushrooms and continue to cook for another two minutes 3.Place the meatballs and the jar of Uncle Ben’s Hot Chilli sauce mix into the pan and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently 4.Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped coriander
Serving Suggestions: Serve the spicy chilli meatballs with Uncle Ben’s Express Mexican rice and some steamed green beans.
Cooks Tip: Instead of mushrooms add some diced green peppers and jalapeno chillies for an even hotter flavour.
