1. Soak eight wooden skewers in cold water whilst preparing the turkey. 2. Then cut each turkey escalope in half lengthways, to give eight long strips in total. 3. Next, thread the turkey concertina-style onto the soaked wooden skewers, adding pieces of spring onion and red pepper at regular intervals. 4. After that, place them in a large dish in a single row. 5. Then pour over the Uncle Ben's Hoi Sin Sauce. (If you have time, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.) 6. Next, preheat the grill to medium/hot. 7. Then arrange the turkey skewers meat-side uppermost on a baking sheet lined with foil and grill. 8. After about 6 minutes, turn them over and sprinkle with the chilli flakes and cook for a further 4–5 minutes, basting frequently with Uncle Ben's Hoi Sin Sauce. 9. Finally, serve the turkey skewers on a bed of Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice. Garnish with lemon or lime wedges. | |
