1. Tip the Uncle Ben's Wholegrain Rice into a large pan of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain well, cover and set aside. 2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and stir-fry the rice over a high heat for 1–2 minutes. 3. Then add the peas, tuna and tomato and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes. 4. Finally, stir in the soy sauce and parsley and heat through. Serve immediately. |
