1. Trim and cut the beef into very thin strips. 2. Then heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok until smoking and stir-fry the beef for 2 minutes until brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. 3. Next, add the broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. 4. Then tip in the meat and pour over the Uncle Ben's Sweet Thai Sauce and stir-fry until hot and all the ingredients have been coated. 5. Finally, serve with Uncle Ben's Basmati and Thai or Long Grain Rice, sprinkled with the sesame seeds.
Tip: If you’re feeling adventurous, for an extra kick you can add 1–2 shredded fresh red chillies. |
