Chicken Tikka Masala Wraps

with UNCLE BEN'S Tikka Masala Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g UNCLE BEN'S Tikka Masala Sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500 g chicken breast fillets, diced
  • 45 ml greek yoghurt
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1/2 juice of lemon
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 8 tortilla wraps
  • to serve lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cucumber

Why not try?

Leave out the chilli if you like things cooler

Method

  1. Place the chicken in a bowl, add the yoghurt, chilli, lemon and garam masala. Mix well and leave for 10 minutes
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken pieces one at a time and cook on high heat for 10 minutes until golden
  3. Add the UNCLE BEN'S Tikka Masala Sauce and bring to the boil. Simmer on high heat until sauce is thickened
  4. For the raita cut half a cucumber in half and deseed. Chop into pieces and mix in a bowl with 6 tbsp greek yoghurt
  5. Serve the chicken pieces and sauce in the tortilla wraps with shredded lettuce and raita
