500 g UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Sauce with Extra Pineapple

4 burger buns

400 g minced pork

8 tbsp breadcrumbs

4 spring onions, sliced

4 tbsp mint, chopped

2 tbsp soy sauce

handful lettuce, shredded

1/2 cucumber

2 tomatoes, sliced

Method
- Put the pork, breadcrumbs, spring onions and 3 tbsp of chopped mint into a bowl
- Add 3/4 of the UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour with Extra Pineapple Sauce and a tsp of soy sauce. Mix well
- Divide the mix into 4 bowls and flatten into patties. Leave in the fridge for 5 minutes to firm
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through
- Add the remaining UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour with Extra Pineapple Sauce to a small bowl, add the mint and stir
- Serve the burgers with the relish and a plate of lettuce, sliced cucumber and tomato
