500 g UNCLE BEN'S Chilli Con Carne Hot Sauce

500 g minced beef

1 onion, diced

1 red pepper, deseeded and diced

1 red chilli deseeded and finely diced

200 g lightly salted tortilla chips

100 g Cheddar cheese, grated

Method
- Fry the minced beef, red pepper and chilli together in a pan until the beef has browned. Add the UNCLE BEN'S Chilli Sauce and pour into a shallow 2 litre oven proof dish
- Scatter the tortilla chips over the sauce and sprinkle with the cheese
- Grill for 2 minutes or bake at 200ºC/Gas Mark 6 for about 7 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the tortillas are golden brown and crisp
