500 g UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Light Sauce

4 baking potatoes

2 tbsp sunflower oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1 packet light soft cheese

4 tsp milk

Method
- Preheat oven to 220ºC/Gas Mark 7. Cut the potatoes into eighths with skin left on
- In a bowl mix the wedges with the sunflower oil, paprika and chilli powder
- Place the potatoes on a baking tray and cook for 30 minutes, turning after 20 minutes when the bottoms are golden & crispy
- Put the soft cheese in a bowl and carefully whisk in 1 tsp of milk. Whisk more milk bit by bit until thick & creamy
- Place the UNCLE BEN'S Light Sweet & Sour Sauce and cheese dip in two small bowls. Place on a large plate surrounded by the wedges
