Oven Baked Potato Wedges with Soft Cheese and Sweet & Sour Dips

with UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Light Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Light Sauce
  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 packet light soft cheese
  • 4 tsp milk

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220ºC/Gas Mark 7. Cut the potatoes into eighths with skin left on
  2. In a bowl mix the wedges with the sunflower oil, paprika and chilli powder
  3. Place the potatoes on a baking tray and cook for 30 minutes, turning after 20 minutes when the bottoms are golden & crispy
  4. Put the soft cheese in a bowl and carefully whisk in 1 tsp of milk. Whisk more milk bit by bit until thick & creamy
  5. Place the UNCLE BEN'S Light Sweet & Sour Sauce and cheese dip in two small bowls. Place on a large plate surrounded by the wedges
