Red and Green Pepper Beef

with UNCLE BEN'S Oriental Wok Rice

Ingredients

  • 250 g UNCLE BEN'S Oriental Wok Rice
  • 300 g beef fillet
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp white wine
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1/4 green pepper
  • 1 tsp groundnut oil
  • 2 slices fresh root ginger, shredded
  • 2 tbsp vegetable stock

Method

  1. Slice the beef thinly and mix with the cornflour, pepper, oyster sauce and white wine
  2. Thinly slice the red and green peppers and place in a separate bowl
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and add the ginger and peppers. Then add the beef and stir fry for 5 minutes
  4. Pour over 2 tbsp of stock and stir well until cooked. Add the UNCLE BEN'S Oriental Wok Rice and stir fry until well mixed
