Ingredients

250 g UNCLE BEN'S Oriental Wok Rice

300 g beef fillet

2 tsp cornflour

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp oyster sauce

1 tsp white wine

1/4 red pepper
-
1/4 green pepper

1 tsp groundnut oil

2 slices fresh root ginger, shredded

2 tbsp vegetable stock

Method
- Slice the beef thinly and mix with the cornflour, pepper, oyster sauce and white wine
- Thinly slice the red and green peppers and place in a separate bowl
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the ginger and peppers. Then add the beef and stir fry for 5 minutes
- Pour over 2 tbsp of stock and stir well until cooked. Add the UNCLE BEN'S Oriental Wok Rice and stir fry until well mixed
