250 g UNCLE BEN'S Express Garlic & Herb Wok Rice

125 g cooked peeled prawns

6 spring onions

100 g frozen peas

2 eggs, beaten

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Method
- Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the spring onions and peas for 3-4 minutes
- Add the prawns and cook for another 2 minutes
- Add the UNCLE BEN'S Garlic & Herb Wok Rice and cook for 1-2 minutes
- Stir in the beaten eggs and cook for 30 seconds and serve immediately
