Stir Fry Vegetable with Garlic & Herb Rice

with UNCLE BEN'S Garlic & Herb Wok Rice

Ingredients

  • 250 g UNCLE BEN'S Garlic & Herb Wok Rice
  • 1 head pak choi
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 50 g baby corn
  • 50 g sugar snap peas
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1/4 orange pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/4 courgette
  • 30 g broccoli
  • 30 g french beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • dash sesame oil

Method

  1. Cut all the vegetables into small bite size pieces
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the carrots for 1 minute. Add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes
  3. Pour over the oyster sauce and mix well until all the vegetables are coated. Season with the sesame oil
  4. Add the UNCLE BEN'S Garlic & Herb Wok Rice, stirring continuously for 2 minutes and serve immediately
