1/2 carrot

50 g baby corn

30 g broccoli

30 g french beans, trimmed

2 tbsp groundnut oil

2 tbsp oyster sauce

Using as a vegetable side dish
Method
- Cut all the vegetables into small bite size pieces
- Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the carrots for 1 minute. Add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes
- Pour over the oyster sauce and mix well until all the vegetables are coated. Season with the sesame oil
- Add the UNCLE BEN'S Garlic & Herb Wok Rice, stirring continuously for 2 minutes and serve immediately
