350 g UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Sauce

1 roasted chicken breast, skinned

handful coriander, chopped

1 carrot, cut into strips

1/4 cucumber, cut into thin strips

4 spring onions, trimmed and shredded

12 Chinese style pancakes

Method
- Cut the chicken breast in half width ways and shred the meat into a bowl
- Stir in half the UNCLE BEN’S Sweet And Sour Sauce and the coriander and stir well
- Arrange the pancakes on a work surface and divide the chicken mixture between them
- Add a few carrots sticks, cucumber strips and spring onions and roll up to enclose. Serve immediately with the remaining sauce to dip into if liked
