Ingredients

500 g UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Sauce

250 g UNCLE BEN'S Express Egg Fried Rice

400 g lean pork, sliced

1 bag stir fry vegetables
-
100 g mushrooms
-
4 spring onions, sliced

2 tbsp vegetable oil
-
dash soy sauce
-
a handful coriander, freshly chopped

Method
- Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the pork for 3 minutes, until browned
- Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add the spring onions and shredded vegetables and cook for 3 minutes
- Add the UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Sauce and a dash of soy sauce, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes
- Heat the UNCLE BEN'S Express Egg Fried Rice and serve mix on top with a sprinkle of chopped coriander for garnish
