250 g UNCLE BEN'S Basmati Wok Rice

2 shallots, chopped

1 cm ginger, chopped

4 cm stick lemongrass, chopped

2 tsp turmeric powder

2 tbsp honey

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 skinless chicken breasts

Method
- Blend the garlic, onion, ginger and lemongrass in a food processor or pound in a pestle and mortar
- Tip into a bowl and stir in the turmeric, honey and soy sauce and season
- Slice the chicken into pieces and add the blended ingredients and stir until chicken is coated well
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown
- Stir in the UNCLE BEN'S Basmati Wok Rice and stir fry for 2 minutes until piping hot. Serve immediately
