Thai Sweet Chilli Beef
with UNCLE BEN'S Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce & UNCLE BEN'S Loose Long Grain Rice

500 g UNCLE BEN'S Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
500 g UNCLE BEN'S Loose Long Grain Rice
350 g rump steak
1 tbsp vegetable oil
350 g small broccoli florets
garnish sesame seeds
Why not try?
Add some chopped red peppers with the broccoli
- Trim and cut the beef into very thin strips. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok until smoking and stir fry the beef for 2 minutes until brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- Add the broccoli to the pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Tip in the meat and pour over the UNCLE BEN'S Sweet Thai Sauce and stir fry until hot and coating all the ingredients. Serve with UNCLE BEN'S Long Grain Rice and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
